Below are the enrollment application and tuition information forms for the upcoming school year, 2024-2025.
You may contact the Administration Team if you have any questions about any of the programs, or you may download these forms and submit them to MMS to enroll your child. Spaces are limited in the Infant/Toddler as well as the Toddler programs, and are filled on a first come, first served basis. You may contact Amber or Sarah, Co- Directors, to check available spaces in each program.
We recommend submitting your enrollment application as soon as possible to reserve your child's space at MMS.
Program time schedules are as follows:
Infant/ Toddler, Toddler, 2s and 3s, and 3-6 classes
Half Day: 7:30am – 12:30pm
School Day: 8:30am-3:30pm
All Day: 7:30am – 5:30pm
3 Day a Week Schedule offered for 2's and 3's and 3-6.
