Amber Goodeman Amber was previously a Lead Teacher of one of our 3-6 classrooms. She began working at MMS in 2015 as a substitute teacher while attending Delta College for her Child Development Associates (CDA) degree, then became an Assistant Teacher in the 3-6 classroom in 2016. Miss Amber attended Adrian Dominican Montessori Teacher Education to receive her Montessori Lead Teacher credential. She is now in her last semester of her bachelors degree in early childhood education. Sarah Grachek
Sarah was previously the Lead Teacher of our Toddler classroom and Young 3's room. Moving into the Co-director position in October of 2023, Sarah began working at MMS in 2001. Attending Delta College, she studied child development and in 2005 completed her Montessori Infant/Toddler training through MECA Seton Training Center in Chicago. With her 22 years of classroom experience, she is excited to help teachers learn and grow in Montessori philosophy and education.
