Welcome from the Director!

Welcome!

I hope that this is the first of many interactions between your family and Midland Montessori School.

We are honored that you choose to visit our school and we hope you left with a sense that we truly respect the children in our school and nourish their love of learning. The children are our first priority always. Our decision making criteria is “What is the best thing for the child?” We have high-quality, highly trained teachers who continue to learn and grow themselves as well as promote the mission of our school in the classroom.

The mission of Midland Montessori school is to prepare the whole person for life; by providing a nurturing environment that guides the development of character, particularly the virtues of Respect, Responsibility, and Resourcefulness.

We are a community that functions more like a family than a school. We care about one another and we share a common goal; to develop respectful, responsible, and resourceful children.

Grace Gotfryd
School Director

How To Apply

To be considered for enrollment at Midland Montessori School, children must be 6 weeks to 30 months (not toilet trained) for our Infant or Toddler room and at least 2 1/2 years of age and toilet trained to be part of our 2 1/2 to 6 year old program.

To begin the enrollment process you must complete the appropriate application form and pay the $175.00 registration fee. Placement will then begin, assessing all aspects of the child's needs.  We invite you to come and receive a private tour of our building with our Head of School or attend one of our Open Houses.

The school reserves the right to balance the enrollment of each class by age and sex. Midland Montessori School is open to all children regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, handicap or disability.

Midland Montessori adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
