Withdrawal Policy
Parent Initiated Withdrawal:
If a parent wants to withdraw their child from MMS, they are required to provide two weeks written notice and are financially obligated for those two weeks.
In the event that you do not provide two weeks written notice, you will be required to pay MMS your regular program fees regardless of attendance.
This policy is agreed upon by both parties within our Parent Contract.
Registration for our Summer Programs begins by May 1st each year. Remember MMS also offers a 5 - 8 year old program for siblings. Enrollment remains open until MMS programs are at capacity.
School Initiated Withdrawal:
Midland Montessori School (MMS) is dedicated to maintaining a safe, harmonious environment for the optimum development of all enrolled children.
MMS reserves the right to withdraw a child without notice if the child's participation in the program creates a direct threat to the safety of the child, other children or the staff of MMS.
The school operates on the tuition and fees paid for services. If a family's account is significantly past due (30 days), the child will be withdrawn from the program until the account is brought to current status. Written notification of intent to withdraw a child shall be made at least seven days prior to withdrawal.
